Sprouts

SPROUTS – invented by two mathematicians at Cambridge University. The game requires a number of dots drawn on a page. Players then take turns connecting the dots, placing a dot at the centre of each connecting line. Dots may not have more than three lines attached to them, nor may lines intersect. The person who draws the last line wins.
